Monica Parrott, "The Entrepreneur’s Midwife" is a devoted mother of one and faithful wife. Born in Atlanta GA, with the odds against her after losing both parents by age 16, Monica has had a path of entrepreneurship since age 21. Monica embraces the opportunity of small business development both corporately and entrepreneurial, with a passion for Women Entrepreneurs and a heart for small business. Monica has excelled in the beauty field for the last 10y ears providing mentorship and training to aspiring beauty professionals.
As an entrepreneur CEO, Monica founded three companies: AlterEgo Makeup (A Makeup Educational Service Company), Atlanta Women Entrepreneurs Inc. (A Business Development & Collaboration Company) and Monica Parrott Inc. (A Business Birthing & Consulting Company). Monica also Co-owns Parrott Solutions (A Behavioral Healthcare Clinic & The CEO Factory (An East Atlanta CoWorking Hub). Many would say Monica is an Atlanta Mogul.
Additionally, Monica has authored eBooks “How to Build a Professional Makeup Artist Kit", "Thrifting Success Tips" and An Entrepreneur's Quest - "A Journey to Business Manifestation"

She is constantly invited to speak at various women conferences and workshops around the Georgia area about her story as an Entrepreneur, and she provides tips and tools on how Women can create success in their own careers. She also delivers series of workshops. Her two most successful workshops are “The Birthing Session” and “Atlanta Pro Makeup Artist Workshop”, both of which are highly requested by many native Atlanta’s & aboard.
Monica is known for hosting various events in the Atlanta. With the success of Purses with Purpose (An Annual purse & toiletries drive), AWEsome KIDpreneur Camp (A Day Camp for teen entrepreneurs) & Women In Business Prayer Breakfast (A day of prayer & activation for business owners)

Seneca has enlightened many people about the makeup industry through radio where she has been a guest on shows such as Style by Trish and AUMA Radio. Seneca loves the opportunity to be creative in Editorial and Commercial work, glamming up wedding parties or people for special events and teaching people one on one or small groups, how to apply makeup and what products to use.
